Thank You NCJW!

When I moved to Michigan 38 years ago, I received a “Welcome Basket” from the Jewish community. As a newlywed with very limited cooking experience, I was very happy to find a cookbook from NCJW in the basket. As shown in the picture, my “Fiddler in the Kitchen” cookbook is well loved and continues to be used to this day! Since I retired from teaching, volunteering for NCJW helps fill a void, allows me to give back to our community in a meaningful and results oriented way and has introduced me to a strong, intelligent and caring group of women who are determined to make a difference in our world.
